Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my amazing fiance JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where most people follow me. I share my daily life, my good and bad days. When I was just 1 1/2 years old My family and I moved from the United States to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share my life with you. Since I was confident that I would be a successful person and I wanted to be successful and do my parents happy. I had a set plan in life: go to college graduate land a corporate job, marry, purchase a house and have kids. My plan for success was to go to university, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. I would then marry then buy a house, and have kids. But life had different plans. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status did not bring me joy- I felt that I was throwing my life away in exchange for a salary but I knew that I was meant for more. The passion I have for fitness as well as my desire to socialize with other people led me to discover my dream job as a personal trainer. My business was founded in 2014. I am celebrating my 7th anniversary in this calendar year. As an Asian female working in the field, there are very few. My goal is to become a catalyst within the field to offer quality coaching to empower individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing an environment that is sustainable and meets their personal needs and goals. Also, I'm dedicated to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, pursue their interests and lead the life of your dreams. In the beginning of my career, the death of my mother was the biggest blow to my life. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven and is with me in my mind and my heart all the time. If you don't realize it at first, life can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we require. My mother's sudden death that changed me for the better. It was a true blessing. it gave me an opportunity to live my the next stage of my life. She died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to start her new journey. I got my second chance to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of being alive and in the moment. I don't feel that I'm just another number. I share my life with you in hopes that you can resonate by my experiences and words in order to let you know that you are not alone, for you to know that you are more than capable of whatever that you can imagine. and that love is real, that therapy is a necessity and normal as health is the greatest form of wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and that you die without regrets, as death is the sole thing promised to the people in our lives.
